The Fluid member experience is web-based and works on any device — phones, tablets, laptops — with no install required. Members get an installable PWA experience without ever visiting an app store. If you want a native app published under your own brand, the white-label iOS & Android build is available as a Pro add-on and is included with Scale.
Payments are processed through Stripe. Processing rates depend on your account, payment method and transaction. Confirm applicable Stripe fees and payout timing for your club.

Starter, Pro and Scale include email campaigns and the shared team inbox. Sending from your own branded email domain is included with Pro and Scale. Confirm email sending allowances, any email usage charges and sender setup with the team.
When you cancel, your access continues through the end of your paid term. We do not provide prorated refunds for cancellation. Follow the cancellation notice requirements in the subscription terms before your renewal.

Pickleball is where we started, but Fluid is sport-agnostic. Today we have customers running padel, tennis, badminton, table tennis, basketball, and volleyball facilities. The court types, scoring rules, and bracket structures are configurable per venue.
