Club plans and tournament software
Every club plan includes open play, waitlists, simple in-club tournaments and scramble play. Recurring leagues begin with Pro. The tournament tour shows Fluid's separate software for multi-division events. Ask the team about tournament pricing and how it fits with your club subscription.

Your happiest members are often your best source of new ones. Fluid gives every member a personal referral code, and keeps the rewards together here.
Member Codes shows each person's code. Open Maya's row and there's her link, plus everyone who joined with it. Members find their own code under Refer a friend in your club's app.
That link opens your membership plans with the code applied, in your app when it's installed or on your website. When the friend joins, Fluid records who brought them in and the reward they earned.
You decide what each plan earns. A flat amount or a percentage, once or recurring. Here, Gold earns ten percent for six payments. Changes apply to new referrals; existing ones keep their original terms.
Set your payout terms, like Net thirty, to give the new membership time to settle. Switch on Pay automatically and Fluid pays qualifying rewards each morning. Or leave it off and approve them yourself.
Pay in club credit, or record a payout your club makes outside Fluid. Add a monthly cap, keep it to first-time members, and void unpaid rewards when a membership ends inside the window.
Back on the Overview, see what's ready, what's still waiting, and what's been paid. Pay this twenty-five dollar reward and the credit lands on Maya's account. The row moves to Paid.
Approve all handles the rest when you're ready. Your members get a reason to share, and you can see every new membership and every reward without keeping a spreadsheet.
Next, keep the members you already have by recovering failed renewal payments.
