Managing Event RegistrationsPlayer lists, waitlists, refunds, and attendance from Reservations

In this guide: Open an event from the Reservations calendar and manage everything about registrations—who is signed up, waitlists, payments, attendance, and live event details.

After creating an event, registrations can be managed directly from the Reservations calendar.

How to Access Registrations

  1. Go to Reservations
  2. Find the event on the calendar
  3. Click the event card

This opens the event management panel where you can:

  • View registered players
  • Add players manually
  • Remove registrations
  • Manage waitlists
  • Process refunds
  • Update attendance
  • Edit event details

What You Can Manage

Player List

View everyone currently registered for the event.

You can typically see:

  • Player names
  • Registration status
  • Member vs guest
  • Payment status
  • Skill ratings

Add Players Manually

Club staff can manually register players for an event.

Useful for:

  • Phone registrations
  • Walk-ins
  • Staff-added participants
  • Offline payments

Remove Players

Remove players from the event if needed.

Common reasons:

  • Player cancellation
  • Duplicate registration
  • Rule violations
  • Staff corrections

Manage Waitlists

If the event reaches max capacity, additional players may join the waitlist.

When a spot opens:

  • Waitlisted players can move into the event
  • Staff can manually promote players

Process Refunds

Refunds can be managed from the registration or payment area of the event.

Depending on your cancellation settings:

  • Full refunds
  • Partial refunds
  • Cancellation fees

may apply.

Edit Event Details

You can update:

  • Time
  • Capacity
  • Pricing
  • Coaches
  • Skill restrictions
  • Description
  • Court assignments

Changes update the live registration page automatically.

How do I access event registrations in Fluid?
