Add Your Club ProfileName, location, branding, and contact details for your club

In this guide: Set up your club profile in Fluid—the foundation for registrations, memberships, communication, and club experiences.

Your club profile is where you add your club name, location, branding, and basic business details players will see across registrations, emails, and club experiences.

You only need a few items to get started.

What you'll do

In this guide, you'll:

  • Add your club name
  • Set your location and time zone
  • Add business contact information
  • Upload a logo and banner image
  • Add a short club bio
  • Configure basic branding

You can always update these later.

Before you begin

You should have:

  • Your club name
  • Your primary location or venue
  • A logo (optional)
  • Business email or website (optional)

Step 1: Open your club profile

  1. From the left navigation menu, click Manage Clubs
  2. Select your club
  3. Open Update Club

This page contains your club's public profile, branding, contact information, and display settings.

Step 2: Add your club name

Under Name, enter your public-facing club name.

Use the name players will recognize.

Examples:

  • Austin Sports Club

This name appears across registrations, communication, and events.

Step 3: Add your location

Under Location, enter the physical location where members attend.

If you operate at multiple locations, start with your primary venue and update later.

Step 4: Select your time zone

Choose the correct Time Zone for your club.

This helps ensure:

  • Event times display correctly
  • Reservations appear at the correct time
  • Scheduling stays consistent for members and staff

Make sure this matches your physical location.

Step 5: Add business contact information

You can add:

  • Phone Number
  • Business Email
  • Website

These details help players contact your club.

If you do not have everything yet, you can return later.

Step 6: Add a short club bio

Use Bio to briefly explain your club.

Good bios include:

  • Sports or programs offered
  • Club atmosphere or mission
  • Facility highlights

Keep it short and easy to read.

Example:

Austin Sports Club is a premier multi-sport facility offering pickleball, padel, soccer, and training experiences for athletes and recreational players.

Step 7: Upload branding

You can customize your club branding with logos, imagery, and colors.

Logo

Your Logo is used in:

  • Emails
  • Website logo

Banner image

Your Banner Image appears on:

  • Club home page
  • Emails

Fav Icon

Upload a favicon for your club branding.

Theme colors

Customize:

  • Theme Color
  • Nav Bar Theme

These colors help personalize your club experience to match your brand.

You can update branding at any time.

Step 8: Customize tab names

You can personalize labels such as:

  • Booking tab name
  • Programs tab name
  • Lessons tab name

This helps tailor the experience to your club.

Remote Lock (optional)

Fluid supports remote access integrations for connected facilities.

Remote lock access is available on the Pro and Enterprise plans. See pricing for plan details. Fluid integrates with your existing hardware—locks are not provided.

See Setting Up Remote Lock for Your Club.

To get started quickly, complete:
