Set Up Club MembershipsPlans, add-ons, pricing, benefits, and member-only access

In this guide: Configure membership plans and optional add-ons in Fluid so players join your club, access benefits, receive discounts, and unlock member-only experiences.

Start by creating the membership plans your club needs today. You can always expand later.

Before you begin

You should already have:

  • Your club profile set up
  • Courts added (if you plan to offer reservation access)
  • A sense of which membership tiers your club offers today

What you'll configure

  • Membership plan type (subscription or on-demand)
  • Billing cycles and pricing
  • Credits and passes
  • Reservation limits and booking access

Keep it simple to start.

Most clubs launch with 1–2 membership plans based on how they currently operate today.

You can always add more plans as your club grows.

  2. Select New Plan
  3. Add a membership name and description

What are membership add-ons?

Add-ons are optional upgrades members can purchase alongside a membership—such as locker rentals, ball machine access, or guest packages. Create them from Manage Clubs → Subscriptions with New Add-On.

How many membership plans should I start with?

Most clubs launch with 1–2 plans that match how they operate today. You can add more plans as your club grows.

What is the difference between subscription and on-demand memberships?

Subscription plans renew automatically (monthly, annual, weekly, etc.). On-demand plans are one-time purchases that do not auto-renew—such as seasonal memberships or drop-in passes.

Can I offer student-only memberships?

Yes. Enable the Student option on a plan. Players must register with a valid .edu email address to qualify.

Can I change membership settings later?

Yes. You can update plan names, pricing, benefits, reservation access, passes, and visibility anytime from Manage Clubs → Subscriptions.
