Team Statuses
Registration and roster states for teams in events and tournaments.
Confirmed
A team that has fully completed registration and is approved to participate in an event or tournament.
Common use: The team is ready to be seeded, added to pools, or participate in matches.
Pending Payment
A team that has started registration but still needs to complete payment before registration is finalized.
Common use: Organizers may follow up or wait for payment before confirming participation.
On Wait List
A team waiting for an available opening in an event or division.
Common use: Organizers can move teams from the wait list into active registration if spots become available.
Cancelled
A team that is no longer participating in the event.
Common use: Cancelled teams are removed from active tournament participation.
Need a Partner
A player who is looking for another player to complete a team registration.
Common use: Organizers or players may coordinate partner matching before registration is completed.
Bracket Statuses
Lifecycle states for brackets, pools, and tournament play.
Pool Not Started
The bracket or pool has been created, but matches have not begun.
Pool Completed
All scheduled pool matches have been completed.
Tournament Completed
The bracket or tournament has finished and results are finalized.
Cancelled
The bracket or event is no longer active.
