In this guide: Connect your DUPR account to your Fluid player profile so your ratings display in My Ratings and tournament results can report to DUPR when your event uses DUPR integration.
Linking DUPR helps tournament directors seed brackets accurately and ensures match scores can flow to DUPR when reporting is enabled. You only need your Fluid login and your DUPR account credentials.
What you'll do
In this guide, you'll:
- Open Manage Profile in Fluid
- Find the My Ratings section
- Connect your DUPR account through the DUPR login window
- Confirm your DUPR information appears on your profile
Before you begin
You should have:
- An active Fluid account
- A DUPR account with the credentials you want linked to Fluid
If you do not have a DUPR account yet, create one at dupr.com before connecting.
Step 1: Open Manage Profile
- Log in to your Fluid account.
- Navigate to Manage Profile.
This page contains your player profile settings, including ratings and connected accounts.
Step 2: Open My Ratings
- Scroll to the My Ratings section.
- Select DUPR.
If your DUPR account is not connected, the section displays Not Connected.
Step 3: Sign in to DUPR
- Click DUPR to open the DUPR login window.
- Sign in with your DUPR account credentials.
- Follow the prompts to authorize the connection between DUPR and Fluid.
Allow the connection when prompted so Fluid can display your DUPR ratings and support DUPR match reporting for eligible events.
Step 4: Confirm the connection
Once the connection is successful:
- Your DUPR account is linked to your Fluid profile
- Your DUPR information appears in the My Ratings section
You do not need to repeat this step on every login—the link stays active until you disconnect it.
Troubleshooting
Verify your DUPR credentials
Make sure you are signing in with the correct DUPR account—the one you use for rated play and tournament registration.
DUPR login window does not appear
- Refresh the page and try again
- Confirm you are logged in to Fluid
- Disable popup blockers for the Fluid site, if applicable
Connection still fails
Contact Fluid support if you continue to experience issues linking your account.
Why link DUPR?
Connecting DUPR to Fluid helps with:
- Accurate seeding — tournament brackets can use your current DUPR rating
- Automatic reporting — when DUPR integration is enabled on an event, completed match scores may report to DUPR
- Profile visibility — your rating appears in My Ratings for a single view of your player info
